Freda D. Lucas is a Vice President/ Branch Manager for PNC Bank. She began her career in retail banking in 1983. Freda has over 30 years in lending, business, retail and management. 

Freda is a current board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Palm Beach County for the Marjorie center.

• A current member of the Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce for PNC bank.
• A current Board member for the Black Chamber of Commerce
• A longtime resident of Wellington Florida and Palm Beach County

She is a graduate and holds degrees from both Palm Beach Atlantic College and Palm Beach State 

College majoring in Business Management and Human Resource Management.  

Freda enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves theatre, music and dance.
