Dr. Deeawn Roundtree is an accomplished CEO of Roundtree Training & Consulting. With a wide range of professional certifications and qualifications, Dr. Roundtree is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), a Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team, and a Certified DISC Trainer and Consultant. Her passion for helping others has inspired her to teach and conduct workshops on personal and professional development topics, providing individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve their goals.

As an award-winning author of her newly released book, “Leading from Within: A Faith-Based Perspective on Leadership,” and “Beyond the Boardroom: Learn how to play and win at the game of corporate politics,” Dr. Roundtree’s proven methods will enhance your untapped personal abilities and improve your company’s bottom line. Her educational background is impressive, with a Doctorate of Business Administration degree from Wilmington University, a Doctor of Ministry degree from South University, an M.S. degree in Professional Leadership with a concentration in Training and Development, and a B.S. degree in Business Management from Carlow University.

Dr. Roundtree has held numerous top-level faculty and administrative positions in several academic institutions, with additional responsibilities in curriculum development. She was a highly regarded successful pharmaceutical sales consultant and was recognized as one of the top 2 performers in the nation for her company. 

Her community involvement is equally impressive, as she serves on the board of the Black Chamber of Commerce Palm Beach County, the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County, Genesis Community Health Center, and the Women’s Circle. She also serves on the leadership committee of Palm Beach County SHRM (PBCSHRM), is a Charter Member and 2^nd VP of Operations of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. – Alpha Alpha Upsilon Omega Chapter, and a Leader Member of ICABA. Additionally, she is a member The Palm Beach Toastmasters Club and is a member of IMPACT the Palm Beaches. Last, but not least, she is a Graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County – Engage Class of 2023.
