Brian K. Oliver serves as the Chief Executive Officer of K.W.A. Group Branding, a dynamic Palm Beach County firm dedicated to providing quality, cost-effective and solution-driven promotional products to meet or exceed the needs and objectives of their clients; culminating in their tagline “Promote Your Brand. Promote Your Event. Promote Your Life!”. He has over 24 years of professional history in sales, event planning, and leadership workshops dedicated to driven success. His sales and event planning career includes both SMB Enterprises and Fortune 50 companies, and he has risen to top Sales Rep and V.P. of Sales & Marketing in those sectors. As a mentor with several community-based organizations, Brian has facilitated numerous leadership workshops that provide growth and resources for youth and adults.

Brian is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and maintains string ties with educational institutions and community outreach programs. He specializes in fostering partnerships and leading initiatives that develop lasting and impactful relationships for organizations and businesses in our communities.  He serves on the Board of Directors of the FAU National Alumni Association as well as the Riviera Beach Health Initiative. He is active with and has held several offices within Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and he serves currently as the Asst. Lead Coordinator for The Fraternity on the Black Greek-Lettered Consortium (BGLC) Team with the All Of Us Research Program.

Furthering his commitment to initiatives that serve the community, Brian is a Board Member of the Foundation Builders, a collective group of black male entrepreneurs in Palm Beach County dedicated to serving the communities through brotherhood, mentorship, community service and business partnerships. He is also active with the advocacy organization The 100 Black Men of Greater Fort Lauderdale, as well as a mentor with Suits For Seniors. Furthermore, the K.W.A. Group Branding owners proudly serve as Facilitators for Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches and the Treasure Coast.

A Leadership Palm Beach County FOCUS Alum (2021), Mr. Oliver has led his company to several awards and recognitions, including: MIA Legacy Magazine Top 40 Influential Black Professionals in South Florida, Palm Beach Matchmakers Expo M/WBE Business of the Year, JM Family African-American Achievers Award Nominee, Comcast R.I.S.E., and Urban League Elevate Together grant winner – all resulted by his commitment to help companies and organizations recognize their stakeholders with his company’s theme, “Gratitude is the Attitude”

Brian resides in West Palm Beach with his wife Cassandra Oliver, co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of K.W.A. Group Branding, daughter Brianna, and son Bryce. In his free time, Brian likes to travel, read, engage in sports, and share his vocal talent in occasional community performances.
