Celebrating Leadership and Legacy: Black Chamber to Host 3rd Annual Women’s History Month Breakfast

The Black Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County will host its 3rd Annual Women’s History Month Breakfast on March 24, 2026, bringing together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community advocates for a powerful morning celebrating the contributions of women across Palm Beach County.
Held at the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County, this signature event highlights the leadership, advocacy, and achievements of women who continue to make a meaningful impact in business, community service, education, and civic leadership.
Each year, the Chamber’s Women’s History Month program recognizes individuals whose work uplifts others and strengthens the local economy. The event serves as both a celebration and a platform for conversation around leadership, representation, and empowerment.
Honoring Women Who Lead with Purpose
This year’s breakfast will feature recognition of distinguished honorees who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to their communities. Through mentorship, advocacy, and innovation, these women exemplify the values of service and excellence that help shape a stronger and more inclusive Palm Beach County.
The program will also include a dynamic leadership discussion titled:
“The Crown We Carry: Identity, Leadership & Advocacy.”
The conversation will explore the intersection of leadership, authenticity, and representation across industries while highlighting how women continue to drive change within their professions and communities.
Event Host and Community Leadership
The morning will be hosted by Christina Romelus, CEO of PolitiCALM and former Vice Mayor and Commissioner of Boynton Beach. A respected public servant and advocate for community engagement, Romelus will guide attendees through a program focused on leadership, inspiration, and connection.
A Celebration of Community and Collaboration
Beyond recognition, the Women’s History Month Breakfast provides an opportunity for meaningful networking and relationship building among professionals, business owners, and community leaders.
As the Black Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County continues its mission of advancing economic opportunity and supporting minority-owned businesses, events like this reinforce the importance of celebrating the leaders who help drive progress.
