West Palm Beach, FL – December 27, 2024—The Black Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County is excited to host the 13th Annual Ascension Awards Program Dinner on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. This premier event celebrates Black businesses, leaders, and individuals who have demonstrated excellence and made a lasting impact in Palm Beach County.

Powered by Sophisticated Out Loud, the official event planning partner, the Ascension Awards will bring together business professionals, community advocates, and leaders for an evening of celebration, inspiration, and recognition. Guests will enjoy a cocktail reception starting at 6:00 PM and an elegant dinner and awards program at 7:00 PM. The evening will be hosted by Chris Williams, Author & Motivational speaker dynamic and well-respected professional, who will guide attendees through the celebration. The event will also feature an inspiring keynote address from Andy Henriquez, Master Storyteller and Author, known for his ability to captivate audiences with stories of leadership, resilience, and purpose.

The Ascension Awards will honor outstanding finalists across several categories, including Distinguished Black Business of the Year, Emerging Black Business of the Year, Nonprofit/Public Sector of the Year, Young Professional of the Year, and the Dicky Sykes Social Justice Advocate Award. Finalists were selected for their excellence in operations, leadership, and significant contributions to their communities. Winners will be revealed live during the program, adding excitement and anticipation to the evening.
