Integrity Construction Enterprise

President
Integrity Construction Enterprise

We are proud to spotlight chamber member Antwan Foster of Integrity Construction Enterprise.
What are your business’ core values, goals, and overall mission?

We are not just building structures — we are building trust, systems, and long-term value in the communities we serve.

Integrity Construction Enterprise operates on one guiding principle: Building with Integrity Always. Our core values are integrity, accountability, disciplined execution, and community impact. Our mission is to deliver high-quality construction services that strengthen communities and protect client investments. Our goal is to scale into a structured, process-driven general contracting firm serving public and community-based projects across Palm Beach County while creating jobs, mentorship pathways, and long-term economic opportunity.

Share some unique facts about your business. What makes your business stand out?

Integrity Construction Enterprise is a licensed Certified General Contractor (CGC) founded and led by a construction manager with both field and executive-level experience, including oversight on large-scale institutional projects valued over $25M.

What makes us different:

1. Preconstruction-First Mindset
We emphasize planning, budgeting accuracy, and scope clarity before construction begins. Many contractors focus on the build; we focus on preventing problems before they start.

2. Systems-Driven Growth
Even as a lean firm, we operate with structured project management systems, cost controls, and documentation standards modeled after larger CM firms. We are building for scale — not just survival.

3. Public & Community-Focused Strategy
We intentionally pursue municipal, nonprofit, and community-centered projects that reinvest dollars locally. Our work is aligned with economic development and neighborhood revitalization.

4. Relationship-Based Execution
Clients trust us from preconstruction to completion because we prioritize transparency, communication, and accountability. We build long-term partnerships — not one-off jobs.

5. Vision Beyond Construction
Our long-term strategy includes workforce mentorship, minority subcontractor inclusion, and community development initiatives that create generational impact beyond individual projects.

One of my proudest professional accomplishments was serving as a superintendent on a $25M high school construction project in South Florida. That experience sharpened my leadership, coordination, and systems-based project management approach — lessons that now shape how Integrity Construction Enterprise operates today.

As a business owner, I am proud to have built Integrity Construction Enterprise from a lean startup into a licensed Certified General Contracting firm now positioned for strategic expansion into larger municipal and community-based projects throughout Palm Beach County.

Additional accomplishments include:

  • Becoming a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida

  • Securing contracts with municipal and nonprofit clients

  • Building trusted partnerships across Palm Beach County

  • Participating in regional entrepreneurship and access-to-capital programs to strategically scale the company

  • Creating a foundation for structured growth, process implementation, and workforce expansion

What I am most proud of is not just completing projects — but building a company rooted in integrity, accountability, and long-term impact.

Why are you a member of the Black Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County?

I am a member of the Black Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County because I believe strong businesses grow stronger through intentional collaboration. As a Black-owned Certified General Contractor serving this region, it is important for me to be aligned with an organization that prioritizes economic growth, access to opportunity, and strategic partnerships.

The Chamber provides a platform to build meaningful relationships with other serious business owners, circulate opportunities locally, and contribute to a stronger business ecosystem within our community. My goal is not only to grow Integrity Construction Enterprise, but to be part of building sustainable economic impact in Palm Beach County.
